Temperatures in the air are no colder than on the ground, so we suggest you wear outdoor clothing suitable for the time of year. Long trousers and long sleeves, or a light jacket in winter (May-Sept) preferably in natural fibres, and running shoes or flat heeled shoes. High heels should not be worn! You may wish to wear a hat to protect your head from the warmth of the burner and of course some sunglasses and your camera. For a successful flight we need light winds, no rain, and good visibility, we get this most days in Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands - a great location for flying!
